Advocate/Community Educator-Latino Community
- Rachel Greene
Rachel Greene is our Advocate and Community Educator for the Latino community. Rachel received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology from Newman University in Wichita, Kansas, in 2009. She is bilingual in Spanish and English and worked with and on behalf of the Hispanic community of Wichita since 2008 as a Family Literacy and English as a Second Language (ESL) teacher. Rachel’s work at the Adams County Children’s Advocacy Center is in conjunction with Manos Unidas, our local Hispanic-American Center. Since moving to Pennsylvania, Rachel has volunteered at Manos Unidas where she is the coordinator of the ESL program. She also has the pleasure of serving the community as an interpreter, translator, and ESL instructor.
